By scheduling or receiving services from Kellys Mobile Nail Care you agree to the following terms.

Services

Kellys Mobile Nail Care provides mobile nail care services by appointment at the client’s home or agreed location.

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients may receive confirmations and reminders by phone, text message, or email.

Payments

Payment is due after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 25 dollar cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

This policy protects the reserved appointment time and travel associated with mobile services.

SMS Communication

By providing your phone number you consent to receive service related text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

Limitation of Liability

Kellys Mobile Nail Care is not responsible for conditions outside of our control including client health conditions not disclosed before service.
